The movie gives us follow the lives of the current bodybuilding stars such as Phil Heath, Kai Greene, Branch Warren, Dennis Wolf, Victor Martinez, Hidetada Yamagishi as well as the ambitious newcomer Ben Pakulski and European sensation Roelly Winklaar. They are on their path to take part in Mr Olympic.
