Black Jesus – Season 1

Created by Mike Clattenburg and Aaron McGruder, this comedy series features Jesus Christ living in modern-day Compton, on a mission to spread love and kindness throughout the neighborhood with his small group of followers. Not surprising enough, he’s black. Starring Gerald ‘Slink’ Johnson, Charlie Murphy, and John Witherspoon.
